Forgot User ID and/or Password
If you forgot your User ID and/or Password, select ‘Forgot Log In Information’ in the O-MI login box. Enter your e-mail address and click 'Continue'. The next screen will present you with your security question. Enter the answer exactly as you entered it when you set up your account, and click 'Continue'. If you answer the question correctly, an e-mail will be sent to the address designated in your account and it will contain your User ID and Password. Use this information to log in to the O-MI Search Tool.

If you have forgotten your User ID and/or Password and the e-mail address associated with your account has changed, you will be asked to set up a new account. See 'Need an Account' below.

Note: If you attempt to login with incorrect information more than 3 times, the security question will be presented.
